Philip
J. Strina is an associate attorney at the law firm of Costa, Abrams &
Coate, LLP. Mr. Strina received his undergraduate degree from The College
of New Jersey in 1998, and graduated from Pepperdine University School of
Law in Malibu, California, in 2001.
While at Pepperdine, Mr. Strina interned for Edward R. Pressman
Films and later worked as a mediator for The California
Academy Of Mediation Professionals and in
the television/legal affairs department
at
Fox Broadcasting Company.
Mr.
Strina’s legal practice focuses on transactional entertainment law,
specifically financing, production, and distribution transactions for
motion picture and television projects, entertainment and general business
matters, talent representation, guild and union arbitration matters, and
intellectual property law.
Recent film projects that Mr. Strina has worked on include
