Alan Abrams is a partner in the firm.  He served in senior legal and business affairs positions with the Writers Guild of America, West, Paramount Pictures Corporation and Imagine Films as well as other independent companies before venturing into private practice in 1991.

Mr. Abrams' private practice includes a variety of corporate and independent producers, distribution companies, literary/talent agencies, legitimate stage producers, directors, writers, performers, songwriters and other individuals for whom he has negotiated a wide variety of deals. 

He has facilitated the production of hundreds of hours of film and television programming during the course of a twenty-five year career in the entertainment industry as an attorney and business affairs executive.
